3. How often should my clock be oiled?
A clock should be oiled every three to four years, depending on what type of oil you use. Unless the oil is specifically made for use in clocks, do not use it! WD-40 should never be used in a clock.
4. Is it possible to over-wind a clock?
In most cases it is impossible to over-wind a clock. A lot of times, people will go to wind their clock, only to find that it still doesn’t work. This is a sign that there is something else wrong with the clock, as it is nearly impossible to over-wind it.
5. Do you make house calls?
